Miscarriage & Baby Loss Peer Support
When Broken, We Rebuild
Free support, understanding and hope for anyone affected by miscarriage or baby loss, whether your loss was early or late, recent or years ago, and wherever you are on your journey.
You are so welcome here.
A place to be unapologetically yourself
When Broken, We Rebuild (WBWR) offers a safe, welcoming and non-clinical space for anyone affected by miscarriage or baby loss.
We understand how isolating loss and related trauma can feel, and that its impact may remain long after the world around us has moved on.
Whether you are struggling, rebuilding, doing well, or just want somewhere your baby and your experience can be acknowledged, there is a place for you here.
Here you can remember and honour your baby, however briefly they touched your life or your heart, while also acknowledging your own experience.
This community is about you too – a place to take some time out from everyday life and prioritise yourself.
You don't have to be "ready"
You just need to know that you are welcome; just as you are.
Support in person. Online. At your own pace.

We appreciate loss can affect the people around us too, so partners, grandparents and supportive adult family members or friends are very welcome to join you too – as support for you, for themselves, or both.
More than a support group
Support when you need it. Time for yourself when you need that too.
Grief, loss and trauma do not follow a timeline, and there is no right or wrong way to navigate life after loss.
WBWR offers space to remember your baby, acknowledge your own experience, prioritise your wellbeing and rebuild at your own pace if needed – without pressure or judgement. Or just take some time for you no matter what you are feeling currently.
